Coaching

Someone in your corner while the job gets bigger than you.

Founders, new execs and new leaders. You have the title and the remit. What you do not have is anyone to think out loud with about the parts that are quietly not working.

Who this is for

You might recognise yourself here.

Founders

The company grew past the point where you can hold all of it. Decisions that used to take a conversation now take a week, and you are not sure where the week goes.

New execs

First time at this level. The work is no longer doing the thing, it is designing how the thing gets done, and nobody handed you a manual for that.

New leaders

You were promoted for being good at the craft. Now you are accountable for other people doing it, and the skills barely overlap.

The two options

Unblock, then Flow.

Most people start with Unblock because it is short, cheap to try, and answers the question you actually have: what is slowing us down? Flow is for when you already know and want company while you fix it.

Option one

Unblock

A short, focused diagnostic.

We find what is actually causing the drag, name it plainly, and leave you with something you can act on this month. No blame. No theatre.

  • Three 90-minute sessions across three weeks
  • A friction map of how work really moves through your business
  • One page of changes, prioritised by what will actually move
  • Two weeks of follow-up by email while you try them

Best if you know something is dragging and you need it named before you can fix it.

Option two

Flow

The longer engagement.

Ongoing coaching while you change how the business runs. We make a change, watch what actually happens, and adjust. Run it like a test, not a promise.

  • Fortnightly 60-minute sessions over six months
  • Starts with everything in Unblock
  • Between-session support by message when something lands badly
  • A quarterly reset on goals using the GOSPEL framework

Best if you are growing fast and want someone alongside you while you redesign how the place works.

Pricing depends on scope and cadence. We size it together in the connection chat. No pressure, no proposal theatre.

How it starts

Twenty minutes, then you decide.

01

Connection chat

Twenty minutes, free, no deck. You tell me where it feels heavy. I tell you honestly whether I am the right person, and which option fits.

02

Find the friction

We map how work actually happens: the approval loops, the handovers, the routines that once helped and now just get in the way.

03

Change and check

You change one thing at a time and we look at what it did. Practical changes that make the business feel lighter, not a transformation programme.

When this is the wrong door

Coaching is one person at a time. If what you actually need is the whole organisation looked at (an audit, courses for your teams, a fractional exec in the building), that work lives at P2O.

Two doors

There are two ways to work with me. This site is one of them.

adenichols.com Me: author, speaker, coach.
p2o.work Organisational engagement: audit, course provision, and the rest.
Let's talk

If your business is growing but starting to feel slower, heavier, or more frustrating to run, let's take 20 minutes out of your day to connect.

We can talk honestly about where the drag is coming from, what's blocking momentum, and what it would take to build a thriving organisation.
